Garage Organization in Charlotte

A good garage setup gets the heavy things off the floor without making the walls unsafe. Shelves, hooks, bike racks, overhead storage, and tool rails all work better when they are installed into the right structure.

What We Install

We install wall shelving, garage hooks, bike racks, tool rails, storage tracks, overhead racks, cabinet kits, and small workbench setups. General handyman work starts at $95/hr with a 1-hour minimum.

The best estimate comes from photos of the garage walls, the storage system, and the items you want stored.

Weight Matters

A shelf for light bins is not the same as a rack for tires, tools, or heavy totes. We check stud location, wall material, rack rating, and fasteners before loading weight onto the wall or ceiling.

Concrete, block, drywall over studs, and finished garage walls all need different hardware.

Charlotte Garage Notes

Many Charlotte garages are used for more than parking: storage, bikes, lawn tools, sports gear, delivery boxes, and seasonal decorations. Humidity also matters, especially for cheap particleboard cabinets and items stored near the floor.

Getting storage higher and secured properly keeps the space easier to clean and less chaotic during storm season or move-in season.

DIY vs. Booking Help

DIY works for light hooks and simple shelves if you can find studs and use the right screws. Call a handyman when the rack is heavy, overhead, ceiling-mounted, or needs to carry real weight.

A crooked shelf is annoying. A heavy shelf pulling out of drywall is a problem.
