1. Service Overview

FixCraft VP Handyman Services is operated by East Vladipri Inc(Federal EIN 38-4132333), a North Carolina corporation doing business as "FixCraft VP." In these Terms, "FixCraft VP," "we," "our," or "us" refers to East Vladipri Inc d/b/a FixCraft VP Handyman Services.

We provide professional handyman services across the approved 15-mile ZIP service area from 14228 Plantation Park Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28277. Services include, but are not limited to: furniture assembly, TV mounting, drywall and painting, plumbing fixture installation, door and lock repair, shelving and organizers, and deck or fence work. Our principal place of business is 14228 Plantation Park Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28277.

2. Booking Process

A valid phone number and full service address are required to confirm any booking.

When an eligible online estimate can be booked, the appointment reserves the complete estimated labor duration. A larger project may occupy four, six, or more consecutive hours. Appointment duration and final scope may be adjusted after Owner review.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Rates start at $95/hour with a one-hour minimum.
• Flat-rate quotes are provided for specific services such as TV mounting and faucet replacement.
• All quotes are confirmed before any work begins.
• Payment is due in full upon job completion.
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.
• A 1-Year Workmanship Guarantee applies to all completed services.

The online estimate maker provides a preliminary starting price or price range based on the project details you submit and the current FixCraft VP service catalog. It is not a binding quote. Site conditions, measurements, access, materials, concealed damage, and a changed scope may affect the final price. The specialist will inspect the work and confirm the exact price before work begins.

Requests involving licensed or regulated work are saved for Owner review, but the estimate maker does not provide an automatic price for that work. FixCraft VP may decline the request or refer it to an appropriately licensed professional.

A remote estimate based on detailed descriptions and photos is the primary and free estimate option. If an in-person estimate is requested, a two-hour arrival window is reserved. In ZIP code 28277 the in-person estimate visit is free. In other approved service-area ZIP codes, the appointment fee is $30 and is charged through Square when the appointment is booked.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

The $30 in-person estimate appointment fee is non-refundable if the customer cancels. Each appointment includes exactly one free reschedule when the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

A second reschedule, a reschedule requested less than 24 hours before the appointment, or a no-show requires a new appointment and a new $30 fee when the service ZIP is outside 28277. The original payment remains non-refundable. Cancelling and booking again does not convert the original payment into a credit.

If FixCraft VP cancels the appointment, the customer may choose either a free reschedule or a full refund of the appointment fee. If a completed payment cannot be matched to the selected time because the temporary reservation expired, we initiate a full refund of that payment.

5. SMS Communication and Mobile Information

When you submit your mobile phone number through the booking form on fixcraftvp.com/book or fixcraftvp.com/contact, by checking the consent box on those forms you expressly opt in to receive SMS text messages from East Vladipri Inc d/b/a FixCraft VP Handyman Services directly related to your handyman service appointment.

The types of SMS messages you may receive are:

• Booking confirmation when your appointment is scheduled
• Calendar and cancellation links for your booking
• 24-hour and 2-hour reminders before your scheduled appointment
• On-the-way / arrival ETA notification on the day of service
• Post-service follow-up to confirm satisfaction
• Quote follow-up if you requested an estimate

• Message frequency: typically 1 to 5 messages per appointment cycle.
• Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier's plan.
• Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT at any time to opt out and stop all SMS messages from us.
• Reply HELP or INFO for assistance and our contact information.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors supporting our services (such as Twilio Inc, our SMS gateway provider) is permitted; these entities are bound by data confidentiality agreements.
• SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, or transferred to any third party for marketing.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about the work site and project scope.
• Ensure safe and reasonable access to the work area.
• Disclose any known hazards (electrical, structural, hidden plumbing, etc.).
• Be available — in person or by phone — during the appointment for clarifications.

7. Insurance and Liability

FixCraft VP is fully professional. We carry general liability insurance and proof of coverage is available upon request.

Our liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects in customer-supplied materials, or issues beyond our reasonable control.

8. Workmanship Guarantee

All work performed by FixCraft VP carries a 1-Year Workmanship Guarantee. If a defect in our workmanship appears within twelve months of service, we will return at no labor cost to make it right. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear, third-party modification, or defects in customer-supplied materials.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mecklenburg County, NC.

10. Changes to These Terms

FixCraft VP reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the date of the latest revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
