1. Service Overview
FixCraft VP Handyman Services is operated by East Vladipri Inc(Federal EIN 38-4132333), a North Carolina corporation doing business as "FixCraft VP." In these Terms, "FixCraft VP," "we," "our," or "us" refers to East Vladipri Inc d/b/a FixCraft VP Handyman Services.
We provide professional handyman services across Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas within approximately 25 miles. Services include, but are not limited to: furniture assembly, TV mounting, drywall and painting, plumbing fixture installation, door and lock repair, shelving and organizers, and deck or fence work. Our principal place of business is 14228 Plantation Park Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28277.
2. Booking Process
Customers may schedule appointments by:

A valid phone number and full service address are required to confirm any booking.
3. Pricing and Payment
- Rates start at $95/hour with a one-hour minimum.
- Flat-rate quotes are provided for specific services such as TV mounting and faucet replacement.
- All quotes are confirmed before any work begins.
- Payment is due in full upon job completion.
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.
- A 1-Year Workmanship Guarantee applies to all completed services.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We ask that you cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer the slot to another customer.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee of up to $50 to cover scheduling and travel time.
5. SMS Communication and Mobile Information
When you submit your mobile phone number through the booking form on fixcraftvp.com/book or fixcraftvp.com/contact, by checking the consent box on those forms you expressly opt in to receive SMS text messages from East Vladipri Inc d/b/a FixCraft VP Handyman Services directly related to your handyman service appointment.
The types of SMS messages you may receive are:
- Booking confirmation when your appointment is scheduled
- 24-hour reminder before your scheduled appointment
- On-the-way / arrival ETA notification on the day of service
- Post-service follow-up to confirm satisfaction
- Quote follow-up if you requested an estimate
- Message frequency: typically 1 to 5 messages per appointment cycle.
- Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier's plan.
- Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT at any time to opt out and stop all SMS messages from us.
- Reply HELP or INFO for assistance and our contact information.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors supporting our services (such as Twilio Inc, our SMS gateway provider) is permitted; these entities are bound by data confidentiality agreements.
- SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, or transferred to any third party for marketing.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about the work site and project scope.
- Ensure safe and reasonable access to the work area.
- Disclose any known hazards (electrical, structural, hidden plumbing, etc.).
- Be available — in person or by phone — during the appointment for clarifications.
7. Insurance and Liability
FixCraft VP is fully professional. We carry general liability insurance and proof of coverage is available upon request.
Our liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects in customer-supplied materials, or issues beyond our reasonable control.
8. Workmanship Guarantee
All work performed by FixCraft VP carries a 1-Year Workmanship Guarantee. If a defect in our workmanship appears within twelve months of service, we will return at no labor cost to make it right. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear, third-party modification, or defects in customer-supplied materials.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mecklenburg County, NC.
10. Changes to These Terms
FixCraft VP reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the date of the latest revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
