Frequently Asked Questions
Can you install a new garbage disposal?
Yes — $125 for a swap (replacing existing unit). New install where there wasn't one before requires under-sink electrical and may need an electrician — we'll let you know after we take a look. InSinkErator, Waste King, KitchenAid — all common brands.
Do I supply the new faucet?
Most clients in Charlotte pick out their own from Home Depot or Lowe's so they get the style they want. We can also pick one up for you and add it to the bill at retail price (no markup). Tell us when booking.
Will there be leaks?
Not from our work. Every connection gets new plumber's tape, hand-tightened then quarter-turned with a wrench, and pressure-tested before we leave. We run hot and cold for 5 minutes to verify. Backed by our 1-Year Workmanship Guarantee.
What plumbing don't you do?
Anything that requires a plumbing license: water heater installation, gas line work, full repipes, sewer line work, and permitted construction. For those, we recommend a licensed plumber. We refer trusted Charlotte plumbers if you ask.
How long does a faucet swap take?
Average 45-90 minutes. Older homes in Charlotte (especially in Myers Park, Dilworth) sometimes have corroded shutoff valves that need replacement first — we'll tell you upfront if that's the case.
